RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or a Replacement.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at info.alterbikes@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once approved, you will receive:

    • An RMA number

    • Return instructions

    • A return shipping label (in eligible cases)

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to:

AlterBikes (Returns Department)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the refund status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued/Credit  to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If it has been over 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at info.alterbikes@gmail.com.


5. Exchanges

Exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.alterbikes@gmail.com with photos and details so we can resolve the issue quickly.


7. Manufacturing Defects

Only items with a genuine manufacturing defect are eligible for exchange or refund. Contact info.alterbikes@gmail.com with supporting images and order details.
